By accessing or using PrepSurvivalGear.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.
Products, Pricing, and Availability
We work to keep product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurate. Product packaging, components, colors, or specifications may change when a manufacturer or fulfillment partner updates an item. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or cancel an order when a product is unavailable or information was displayed incorrectly. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you regarding the available options.
Orders and Payment
Payment methods currently available are displayed at checkout. By submitting an order, you confirm that the billing, shipping, and payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Applicable product charges, shipping charges, and taxes are shown during checkout.
Acceptable Use
You may use this site only for lawful personal or commercial purchasing purposes. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or copy or redistribute site content without permission.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the text, graphics, branding, layout, and original content on this site belong to Prep Survival Gear or are used with permission. Viewing or purchasing through the site does not transfer ownership of that content.

Return Policy
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase when the item is unused, unopened where applicable, and returned in its original condition and packaging.
How to Request a Return
Email info@prepsurvivalgear.com before sending any item back. If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include the RMA number and proof of purchase with your return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned once opened for health, safety, or hygiene reasons. Used, worn, altered, or damaged merchandise is not eligible for return.
Refunds and Restocking Fees
Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Unless the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Eligible returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, which will be deducted from the refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Exchanges
Eligible unused items may be exchanged when a replacement is available. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly.

We may contact customers to verify order, billing, shipping, or account information needed to process a purchase, return, refund, or exchange.
